1. Introduction
The “Switch and Save Campaign” is run by Clicksendnow (Pty) Ltd (Registration number 2020/615130/07) from 24 Feb 2025 until 31 March 2025.
By participating in the “Switch and Save Campaign” you confirm that you have read and agree to be legally bound by the T&C’s as set out herein by Clicksendnow. For more information regarding these T&C’s please contact the Clicksendnow Customer Support on WhatsApp (087 240 5400).
2. Competition Entry Requirements
2.1 For the duration of the “Switch & Save Campaign”, Clicksendnow will promote this campaign via Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and SMS.
2.2 In order to qualify for entry into the “Switch & Save Campaign”, you must:
- Be a “Verified” Clicksendnow customer;
- Reside in South Africa;
- Be 18 years or older;
- Complete your first successful international money transfer with Clicksendnow within the competition period;
- Share your experience of your first transaction on one of the following social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok, and tag the official Clicksendnow account.
- Use the two hashtags when posting: #Clicksendnow #SwitchAndSave
2.3 Each customer is allowed a maximum of one (1) entry during the competition period.
2.4 By participating in the campaign, you grant Clicksendnow the right to share your post on Clicksendnow’s official social media platforms as mentioned in Clause 2.1.
2.5 Customers abiding by the above will be referred to hereinafter as “Qualifying Participants.”
4. The Prize
Each Qualifying Participant will receive R50 directly into their Clicksendnow Savings Pocket upon successful verification. The prize is not transferable to any other customer or redeemable in any other form of payment.
Only the first 500 customers who send money and share their experience on social media will be eligible for the R50 giveaway. Eligibility is determined based on the date and time of the social media post as well as the transaction date.
6. General
Clicksendnow employees and Agents will not be allowed to enter the “Switch and Save Campaign”. If for any reason, the “Switch and Save Campaign” cannot commence as planned due to any technical failures, unauthorised intervention, computer virus, mobile network failure, tampering, fraud or any other causes beyond Clicksendnow’s control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the “Switch and Save Campaign”, Clicksendnow reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend and/or to disqualify any individual who (whether directly or indirectly) causes (or has caused) the problem.
Clicksendnow may vary the terms of, or cancel, the “Switch and Save Campaign” at any time. Clicksendnow cannot be held liable for any loss, expense or damage to any person participating in the Competition.
These ““Switch and Save Campaign” T&C’s are governed by and determined in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
