1. Introduction
1.1 The “Mothers Day Giveaway – Series 1” is run by Clicksendnow (Pty) Ltd (Registration number 2020/615130/07) from 2 May 2025 until 11 May 2025.
1.2 By participating in the “Mothers Day Giveaway – Series 1”, you confirm that you have read and agree to be legally bound by the T&C’s as set out herein by Clicksendnow.

2. Competition Entry Requirements
2.1 For the duration of the “Mothers Day Giveaway – Series 1” Clicksendnow will promote this “Mothers Day Giveaway – Series 1” via Facebook, WhatsApp and SMS and Tiktok.
2.2 In order to qualify for entry into the “Mothers Day Giveaway – Series 1 “ you must:
- Be a “Verified” Clicksendnow customer;
- Reside in South Africa;
- Conclude a money transfer order to Zimbabwe over $20 within the specified time in 1.1;
- Purpose of Transaction to be selected as ‘Family Support’
2.3 Any transaction over $20 will generate a double entry;
2.4 A customer can accumulate a maximum of 5 entries within the time frame specified in 1.1;
2.5 By participating consent is given that if you are the winner Clicksendnow may announce you as the winner on all of our social media platforms;
2.6 Customers abiding to the above will be referred to hereinafter as “Qualifying Participants”.
3. Winner selection and announcement dates
One (1) randomly selected winner from the Qualifying Participants will be selected and announced on 14 May 2025;
4. The Prize
The winner will receive a $250 gift voucher for their beneficiary to redeem in Zimbabwe
5. Announcement of winners
5.1 The winner will be announced by Clicksendnow via Facebook.
5.2 If Clicksendnow is unable to contact the winner and/or the prize cannot be transferred to the winner within 4 (four) calendar days, the prize will be forfeited and Clicksendnow may elect the next runner-up who qualifies under the “Mothers Day Giveaway – Series 1” T&C’s as a winner.
6. General
6.1 Clicksendnow employees will not be allowed to enter the “Mothers Day Giveaway – Series 1”.
6.2 If for any reason, the “Mothers Day Giveaway – Series 1” cannot commence as planned due to any technical failures, unauthorised intervention, computer virus, mobile network failure, tampering, fraud or any other causes beyond Clicksendnow’s control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the “Mothers Day Giveaway – Series 1”, Clicksendnow reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend and/or to disqualify any individual who (whether directly or indirectly) causes (or has caused) the problem.
6.3 Clicksendnow may vary the terms of or cancel the “Mothers Day Giveaway – Series 1” at any time.
6.4 Clicksendnow cannot be held liable for any loss, expense or damage to any person participating in the Competition.
6.5 These “Mothers Day Giveaway – Series 1” T&C’s are governed by and determined in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
